Returns and Refunds Policy
At Lekker Leather, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. Each item is meticulously inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our high standards.
Returns and Refunds:
- No Returns or Refunds Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the time and effort involved in creating each piece, we do not offer refunds or returns.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is broken or severely damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@lekkerleather.com with your order number and detailed photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement as necessary.
- Inspection Upon Delivery: We highly recommend inspecting your item upon delivery. If you notice any major damage, please report it immediately.
- Non-Eligible Conditions: Variations in colour, texture, size, and markings are natural characteristics of genuine leather and handmade products, and are not considered defects. These unique qualities make each piece one of a kind.

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 14 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

Our damaged items exchange policy lasts 7 days from receipt of goods. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was received, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you need to mail your defective product to us upon approval from us. We will give you the details for shipping returns via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
